By using our website or placing an order through the website, Whats App, or showroom, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

Customers must be at least 18 years old or place an order under adult supervision. The website must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in PKR and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only after verification by Luxury Lights. We may cancel an order because of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, or unavailable stock.

A 10% advance payment is required for COD orders of PKR 30,000 or above. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

3. Product Information

We aim to display product images, dimensions, colours, and specifications accurately. However, colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, or screen settings. Availability and quantities are subject to confirmation.

4. Delivery

Estimated nationwide delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on stock, location, and courier operations. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Returns and Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by our separate Return, Refund & Warranty Policy. Installation is not included unless confirmed separately. Damage caused by incorrect wiring, voltage fluctuation, misuse, or improper installation is not covered.

6. Cancellation and Refused Parcels

Orders may be cancelled before packing or dispatch. Customized, specially ordered, or dispatched products may not be cancellable. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD parcels may result in advance-payment requirements or restricted COD service.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content, including our logos, branding, product photographs, text, and designs, may not be copied, modified, or commercially used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luxury Lights will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Where legally permitted, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Multan, Punjab. Electronic orders and confirmations may be recognized as transaction records under Pakistan’s electronic-transactions framework.
