1. What is your Cash on Delivery (COD) policy?
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. However, for COD orders valued at PKR 30,000 or above, a 10% advance payment is required. The remaining balance and order details will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
2. How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, custom-made or specially ordered items cannot be cancelled.
3. Do you offer discounts on bulk or commercial project orders?

4. How long does delivery take?
Estimated nationwide delivery takes 3 to 7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability, location, and courier operations.
