At Luxury Lights, we are committed to delivering your lighting fixtures safely, securely, and in a timely manner. Because lighting products are fragile, we partner with top courier services across Pakistan and use high-grade protective packaging to ensure your order arrives undamaged.

1. Delivery Locations & Coverage

  • We deliver to all major cities, towns, and regions across Pakistan.

  • For remote areas, delivery times may slightly vary depending on local courier routing.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PKT) are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • Multan: 1 to 2 business days.

    • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.

    • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Please note: Public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays may occasionally affect transit times.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer promotional Free Shipping on select orders or above a specific order value threshold (when applicable during active store promotions).

4. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders nationwide. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Advance Payment: For high-value or large custom lighting fixtures, an advance bank payment or partial deposit may be required before dispatch.

5. Fragile Packaging & Order Inspection

  • Secure Packing: Every item is packed with heavy-duty bubble wrap, foam casing, and reinforced boxes to withstand transit handling.

  • Receiving Your Package:

    • Upon delivery, check the outer box for any major visible damage before signing or paying.

    • We strongly advise recording a brief unboxing video when opening your package. This serves as verification in the rare event of transit damage (as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to track your shipment in real-time.
